Frequent travellers know that nothing spoils a trip more then health problems. Specially if this is not a usual cold or upset stomach, but something much more serious. Health issues are a very important part of planning a trip. There are several international organisations that evaluate the quality and level of life in different countries and make annual top 10/20/100 of most attractive countries for living. For my article I’ve chosen an organization called Nation Ranking that recently presented their Quality of Life Index 2011. Top includes 137 countries ranked according to 6 indexes such as health, education, wealth, democracy, peace and environment.
